Mazatlan 2009 – Day Four — Getting Wet and Staying Dry

March 14th, 2009. Day Four

Overnight it RAINED! I’m told Mazatlan hasn’t had rain since October.

We spent the first part of the day inside, as it continued to rain off and on. No, that didn’t stop the use of the pool!

Later in the afternoon, we Walked V.Carranza (the street we are staying on) to end–almost to the harbour. We took a different route back, mostly along coast. There was a huge variety of homes and sights along the way.

After supper at Altazore, my daughter joined some of the local kids at a nearby bookstore for storytime. It was amusing watching the Mexican kids practice their Inglés on my daughter.
