Chili (Nov 2013)
This tastes pretty good. If you want it spicy… you’ll have to spice it up some more. It’s pretty mild.

1 cup celery, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup red onion, diced

1 1/2 tbsp hot chili powder
